Weber House
Weber House is a long term, affordable, supportive housing program that provides 32 units for both individuals and families. Each resident receives individualized case management and has access to a range of on-site programming designed to promote well-being and a sense of community.
Shelter Now works in partnership with several community organizations, including:
- CMHA (Canadian Mental Health Association)
- Wendat Community Programs
- Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care
These partners can refer their clients to Weber House and collaborate through shared support agreements to ensure clients receive the wraparound care they need.
