Our Transitional Housing unit operates through the Coordinated Access system, which uses a prioritization process managed through HIFIS (Homeless Individuals and Families Information System). To access our transitional housing, you must access one of the following designated access points. These access points are emergency shelter, housing resource center or by calling 211 within Simcoe County. Lists of prioritizations are managed by the County of Simcoe.
