Shelter Now accepts referrals from community agencies and self referrals. If you would like to apply for our program you can call and make an appointment to meet with one of our support staff. If the referral has been completed by another agency, it is expected that the client will make a follow-up call to ensure initial contact is made with support staff. Not all referrals can be accepted in to the Transitional Support Program, referrals are prioritized based on those with the highest vulnerability and need.
